Left On The Move Newsletter – April 5, 2019
In this edition of the Left On The Move Newsletter, we highlight materials on three processes that the international left must follow and help drive forward: yet another significant victory for socialists in the US – now in Chicago with the election of many progressive and socialist representatives to the city council; the historic struggle of the Palestinian people for the right to return to their lands usurped by the colonialist state of Israel; the rebellion of the Algerian people who have already overthrew a president and are challenging a rotten regime. This Newsletter also features articles on the disastrous Bolsonaro government, the demonstration in Argentina in memory of the martyrs of the military dictatorship and a discussion of accusations of “anti-Semitism” in the US left. Finally, we share statements from the Fourth International in support of the Algerian people and the popular website Aporrea, which is being censored in Venezuela.
An excellent reading to all!
